Rules & Prizes

Know the rules. Earn valid points. Win finisher T-shirts & cash prizes.

Points system

Results are converted into points. Points accumulate across the 14-day window.

1 km swim = 5 pts 5 km run = 5 pts 10 km bike = 5 pts

Validity requirements

Activities must meet these thresholds to count.

I. Minimum distance per activity

  • Swim: ≥ 1 km
  • Run / Walk: ≥ 5 km
  • Bike: ≥ 10 km
  • Activities below the minimum are not recorded.

II. Valid pace / speed

  • Run / Walk: between 3:00 and 15:00 min/km.
  • Swim: between 1:00 and 6:00 min/100m (10:00 – 60:00 min/km).
  • Bike: average speed between 10 km/h and 45 km/h.

III. Streak bonus

  • 7-day streak: first valid activity on day 7 gets x2 points.
  • 14-day streak: first valid activity on day 14 gets x3 points.
  • Only the first qualifying tracklog of the day earns the multiplier.
  • One day missed resets the streak.

IV. Tracklog requirements

  • Strava activity must be set to Public and show a GPS map (for run and bike).
  • Indoor pool swims may use sports-watch data synced to Strava.
  • Manual Strava entries are not accepted.
  • Activities imported after the event ends are not counted.

V. Disqualification triggers

  • Pace outside the valid range.
  • Two or more splits breaching the threshold.
  • Abnormal GPS signal.
  • Hidden activity map (when GPS is required).
  • Signs of tampering or data editing.

VI. Group activities & overlap

  • "Add Others / Group Activities" on Strava: only the primary activity owner scores.
  • Overlapping activities on the same day: only the first is kept, duplicates are discarded.

VII. Organizer's authority

  • Organizers may request device data or tracklog audits if cheating is suspected.
  • Decisions by the organizing committee are final.

2,000,000 VND for the top male and top female participant.

1,000,000 VND for the third-place male and female participant.

500,000 VND for each of the 10 earliest finishers of a full 14-day streak.

Top 250 contributors with at least 50 points in 14 days will receive a finisher T-shirt.
